Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that unexpected situations arise and will always try to be as flexible as possible. I ask clients to extend the same consideration so appointments can be managed fairly for everyone.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible. Appointments may be rescheduled without charge when sufficient notice is provided.
Late cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session fee, except in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.
Missed appointments
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will normally be treated as a missed appointment and the full session fee will remain payable.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time unless alternative arrangements can reasonably be made. This helps ensure fairness to all clients.
Cancellation by coach
If I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the earliest reasonable alternative appointment or a full refund of fees already paid for that session.
Exceptional circumstances
Life happens. Where serious illness, family emergencies or exceptional circumstances occur, I will always aim to respond fairly and compassionately.
